Driven by an unwavering commitment to achieving justice for his clients, Justin is a passionate advocate for plaintiffs in personal injury law. At the core of his practice is a dedication to delivering creative solutions and exceptional customer service.

Justin’s legal career began at a prominent insurance defence firm in Toronto where he sharpened his skills defending claims for insurers. Today, his practice covers a wide range of personal injury cases, from motor vehicle accidents to slip and falls, dog bites, and other injury-related matters. Justin has experience appearing before the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, the License Appeal Tribunal, and the Social Benefits Tribunal.

In addition to his work at Diamond and Diamond, Justin is a law professor at Seneca College, teaching civil procedure to aspiring legal clerks. In his role as an educator, Justin finds immense joy in sharing his expertise and providing mentorship and guidance to future legal professionals.

Justin graduated with a Juris Doctorate from the Queen's University Faculty of Law in 2021, having previously earned Bachelor of Arts and Master of Industrial Relations degrees, also from Queen's University. He is thrilled to have spent many wonderful years in the great Canadian city of Kingston, Ontario.

In his free time, Justin enjoys sports, fitness, long-distance running, and reading.
