Bio
Isaac Zisckind is one of the senior partners of Diamond and Diamond LLP, and practices in various areas of law including Personal injury Law, Corporate Law and Real Estate Law.
Isaac received a Bachelors degree with Honors in Business and a law degree from University of Windsor. He was also recently been called to the British Columbia bar in 2018.
He has a varied experience in different areas of law and deals with actions involving all facets of personal injury claims, real estate deals, refinance deals, shareholder agreements and disputes, Isaac has appeared at various levels of court and Financial services commission (FSCO) on behalf of injured plaintiffs corporate clients. Mortgage Lenders and Real estate agents. Isaac is available and has given lectures to Real estate Brokers, Mortgage agents and corporate clients on the Art of Negotiation, fraud and litigation in a real estate setting.
Isaac is consistently sought out to give advice with respect to operations, litigation and transactional work. His experience in varied areas affords him to give a unique legal perspective on complex matters that may require “out of the box” solutions. This is why many corporate and real estate clients turn to him for advice.
