About Daly Canie
Daly was born and raised in Northern Ontario. He received his B.A. in History from McGill University and his J.D. from Queen's University. Daly was called to the bar in 2018, and has practised primarily in the field of plaintiff side personal injury and employment law. His practice is dedicated to motor vehicle collisions, motorcycle, ATV and snowmobile accidents, wrongful death claims, slips and falls, insurance disputes, and disability claims, including long term disability and Canada Pension Plan disability denials. Daly has represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court, Ontario Court of Justice, and various federal and provincial tribunals. Daly is a current Bencher (director) at the Law Society of Ontario, an Adjudicator on the Law Society Tribunal, the past President of the Cochrane Law Association, and has been active in numerous community, legal and political organizations. Outside of work, Daly enjoys golfing, hunting, staying active and spending time with family and friends.
