Allan has worked with leading personal injury law firms in different capacities since 2014. He received
his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2018, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019. Since then, he
has appeared before every level of Ontario Court including the Ontario Court of Appeal, as well as
various administrative bodies including the License Appeal Tribunal and the Social Benefits Tribunal.
The entirety of Allan’s legal practice has been focused on representing plaintiffs in personal injury
claims, including motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-falls, assault victims, and individuals whose claims
against their own insurance companies have been wrongfully denied.
Allan also currently teaches an undergraduate law course at York University, and has been published in
the Canadian Class Action Review. Whenever he’s not practicing or teaching law, he enjoys travelling
and writing, recording, and performing music.
