Bio
After attending York University and completing a B.A., Zev received his LL.B. from the University of Saskatchewan. During his legal studies, Zev received the prestigious Durward Thomas Prize in Civil Procedure, and the P.E. Mackenzie Prize in Evidence.
For nearly a decade, Zev represented insurers and their customers, first as an associate at one of Toronto's leading insurance defence firms, and then as Litigation Counsel for one of the world's largest insurers. Zev's experience representing insurers at an advanced level is invaluable in terms of his ability to guide injury victims and their families through the litigation process.
Zev has extensive experience at the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice - Provincial Offences, and the License Appeal Tribunal. Zev’s practice is devoted to all areas of personal injury litigation on behalf of injured persons and their families, including Disability Insurance disputes.
