Hayden is a personal injury lawyer in our Toronto office.
Hayden studied law at the University of Ottawa. In our nation’s capital, he gained meaningful exposure to the inter-workings of all levels of our court system. He regularly observed some of our country’s best advocates argue before the Supreme Court of Canada.
In his first summer of law school, Hayden interned at a large international corporate law firm. However, Hayden realized that he would derive more meaning using his legal abilities to help everyday people in need.
Hayden joined Diamond and Diamond as a summer student (2018), he articled with the firm (2019), and is now an associate lawyer. Since starting with the firm, Hayden’s sole focus has been in advocating for the legal rights of injury victims and their families.
Hayden is a Harvard certified negotiator. He employs negotiation strategies and techniques throughout the legal process to ensure that his clients receive just compensation for their claims.
Outside of the office, Hayden believes in giving back. He is the founder of a charity basketball tournament called Rebounds for Reena which, to date, has raised upwards of $70,000 for people with developmental disabilities across Ontario.
In his spare time, Hayden enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, and is an avid Toronto Raptors fan.
